End of Lease Service is a requirement of the RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT contract.
Service is for cockroaches, ants, silverfish, and webbing spiders.
I also include fleas if you had a dog, cat, or guinea pig.
Please consider that sometimes rental properties only require a flea vacate, which is a specific treatment for flea eggs and their larvae. Much cheaper too.
It’s up to you to know the correct service required to get the most out of your bond.
