Discover effective pest solutions
Fire Ants $40 call out fee. I charge $40 per nest. I will also do all the reporting that the National Fire Ant Eradication Program requires.
Funnel and biting ants treatments start at $120 – $250 Approx. (Requires Quote). It can be done as an add on service.
Rats and mice $140 -$250. This service requires two visits. On the first visit, I am trying to establish where rodents live and eat.
Full Service single bedrooms/unit $150. Annual service for a single bedroom house/unit. Service includes cockroaches, ants silverfish, webbing spiders and red back spiders.
Full Service 2 bedrooms $180. Annual service for a 2 bedroom house. Service includes cockroaches, ants silverfish, webbing spiders and red back spiders.
Full Service 3+ bedrooms $210. Annual service for a 3 or more bedroom house. Service includes cockroaches, ants silverfish, webbing spiders and red back spiders.
Full Service 5+ bedrooms $230. Annual service for a 5 or more bedroom house. Service includes cockroaches, ants silverfish, webbing spiders and red back spiders.
A Flea Vacate Service is $120 for both inside and out or $100 for just in or out.
End of Lease Service is a requirement of the RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT contract. Service is for cockroaches, ants, silverfish, and webbing spiders. I also include fleas if you had a dog, cat, or guinea pig.
Inside Only Service 1 or 2 bedroom House/Unit $140. Annual service Inside only for a 1 or 2 bedroom house.
Inside Only Service 3+ bedrooms $160. Annual service Inside only for a 3 or more bedroom house.
Inside Only Service 5+ bedrooms house $180. Annual service Inside only for a 5 or more bedroom house.
Additional service for Mice and Rats. $80. This service is add on service done at the same time as your full house treatment.
Additional service for German cockroach infestations. $80 This service includes a thorough kitchen cleanout and the application of a non-repellent pesticide.
